Legal
Terms of Service
GraceStage's terms for artists, listeners and membership billing.
This is a limited, initial Terms page.
It currently contains only the two sections below: artist payments and Stripe account independence, and the legal, financial, and technical guidance disclaimer. It is not yet a complete legal agreement, and other sections of GraceStage's terms are not included here.
Policy version 1.0 — effective October 23, 2026.
Artist Payments and Stripe Account Independence
Each artist is solely responsible for establishing, managing, and maintaining their own Stripe account.
GraceStage does not have access to, control over, or decision-making authority regarding an artist's independent Stripe account, donations, recurring supporter payments, refunds, or payouts.
All financial transactions between an artist and their supporters are handled directly through Stripe under that artist's account and are subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
GraceStage only provides a place for artists to display their own Stripe Payment Links.
This policy does not apply to Creator or Creator Pro membership fees paid directly to GraceStage.
Legal, Financial, and Technical Guidance Disclaimer
GraceStage provides general setup instructions and informational guidance on its website only. GraceStage does not provide individualized legal, tax, financial, accounting, or Stripe-account setup advice, and nothing on this website is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
You are solely responsible for your own legal, tax, and financial obligations, for your own Stripe account and its configuration, and for complying with Stripe's terms and applicable law.
Where you need advice about your own situation, please consult a qualified attorney, tax professional, or financial advisor.
